Charles Schumann’s Burger


“…. is one of R‘nB’s favourites – best diner for a real “buddy-party”.
You buy:
400 – 500 gr beef tartar (ask butcher Harms if you happen to live in Hamburg Eppendorf)
1-2 onions
4-6 spring onions
2 branches of rose mary

You do:
Cut the washed and cleaned onions and spring onions finely.
Mix onions and half of the spring onions with the beef, add salt and pepper and form 4 burgers
Broil with little oil and rose mary 3 minutes from each side – that’s it!

Please note: The spring onions are awesome! Without it’s half as delicious.

We love a finish with an extra splash of Kikkoman.
